  Our Souvlakia are hand cut and skewered meats. All our Gyros are traditional donor style. Our meats are in-house carved and marinated, hand stacked and then rotisseried in one of our 3 vertical broilers. We do not carry the cone shaped processed blended meat product that typically is considered gyro.
